If January and February are a sign of things to come in 2021, traders and investors are going to make a lot of money this year. 4 OTC stocks on the move are Barrel Energy (OTCMKTS: BRLL), CBD Life Sciences (OTCMKTS: CBDL), Minerco (OTCMKTS: MINE), and Singlepoint (OTCMKTS: SING).

HOW TO TRADE PENNY STOCKS

First up, it’s important to understand that trading penny stocks is not the same as trading blue chips. As we have stressed repeatedly to our subscribers, the key to trading penny stocks is finding momentum BEFORE it happens and then be patient. Now, when we say that we find momentum BEFORE it happens, we are investors looking to position our subscribers BEFORE the move happens. We got our subscribers in early on TSNP, which you can read our first article here, and ALPP, which you can read about here. This is where the big money is made and why so many of our subscribers are sitting on gains of over 9633% in ALPP and over 19,900% in TSNP.It’s also best to own a portfolio of quality penny stocks. For some that can be as many as 10 to 20 or more penny stocks. We always alert our subscribers first before we publish for our regular readers. This is the value of having a subscription to Insider Financial, which you can sign up for here. We alert our subscribers with our best ideas before our regular readers. Now we know many prefer to day trade, but we are not day traders here at Insider Financial. It doesn’t suit our personality and we don’t like the intraday moves markets make. We have found we made more money being patient and ignoring the day to day noise of the markets. If you want to day trade, Insider Financial is not the place for you. When it comes to day trading, and if that’s what you are after, we recommend the folks at True Trading Group, which you can check out their live streams here.

OTC PENNY STOCKS VS NASDAQ/NYSE PENNY STOCKS

The fact is that there is always a bull market somewhere. That’s why it’s important for penny stock investors to trade both OTC and NASDAQ/NYSE penny stocks. There are always opportunities if you give yourself the flexibility to trade all markets.Last year, for the first half of 2020, it was much more profitable to trade NASDAQ penny stocks than OTC. That is where we and our subscribers were positioned. We captured the runs in SRNE, NIO,INO, IBIO, WKHS, and many others. Then once the summer came, many of the COVID runners had failed to find momentum. We then pivoted to OTC and caught the runs in TSNP, ENZC, MMEDF, and many others. So far this year, it’s best to play both OTC and NASDAQ/NYSE penny stocks. There is no shortage of multi-baggers in both markets at the moment. As we have said repeatedly, there’s no better time to be a penny stock trader and traders need to be aggressive. It’s like being at the casino. When you have a hot hand and the house keeps losing (hedge funds and institutions), take advantage of it while you can.In this article, we take a look at 4 OTC stocks on the move, BRLL, CBDL, MINE, and SING to find out what’s behind the move and our outlook for each.[embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plK0MjuTLkY[/embed]

OTC Stocks #1 BRLL

We talked about BRLL last month before the first spike higher, which you can read here. We said that BRLL was a ground floor opportunity and it still sports just an $83 million market cap. OTC Stocks BRLL Daily ChartBRLL is the next deal from the same folks behind ABML. The CEO of Barrel Energy Mr. Craig Alford was also the founder of American Battery Metals Corp (OTCMKTS: ABML), which has been a big winner for Insider Financial subscribers. We first told our subscribers about ABML last year when the stock was trading under $.06 a share, which you can read here. Subscribers that held are now up 6,416%!! OTC Stocks ABML Daily ChartBRLL just opened its research and technology center in Las Vegas, NV. The facility will strengthen Barrels’ green-energy product development and various collaborative technology efforts.Barrel recognizes the current deficiencies, as well as the massive potential, in the Lithium-ion battery supply chain as market and environmental forces propel the coming dominance of Zero-Emission vehicles with companies like Tesla, GM, Ford, Apple, and others drive this vital technology.Electric Vehicles (EVs) are currently the fastest-growing segment of the auto industry. The new center will focus on Lithium-Ion Battery metal recycling as well as potential battery development and direct metal ion extraction.BRLL remains a ground floor opportunity when you consider that ABML has a current market cap of $2 billion compared to BRLL at only $83 million.

OTC Stocks #2 CBDL

CBDL was in the triple-zeroes until December when the company started dropping some big PRs. We profiled CBDL for our subscribers, which you can read here.CBDL is a classic example of if you missed the move, be patient and looking to buy the dip. It gave you the opportunity to load up at the $.001 level and then just wait. Quality penny stocks like CBDL will usually run again. OTC Stocks CBDL Daily ChartCBDL is a play on cannabis in Arizona. The state legislature just approved cannabis for recreational use and CBDL is in talks to lease a farm and grow cannabis. Also, CBDL's wholly-owned subsidiary LBC Bioscience has been releasing new CBD products, including a new pain relief roll-on. LBC Bioscience's product offerings including 100mg CBD Bath Bombs, CBD Flower, CBD Hemp Smokes, 1500 MG Premium Berry Drops, 100MG CBD Tablets, and CBD Gumballs. Other items for sale include CBD Pain Cream, CBD Oils, and CBD Pet Treats. We see CBDL as having more gas in the tank to run at a current market cap of just $41 million.

OTC Stocks #3 MINE

We last profiled MINE in December when it was running up the charts. Just like CBDL, MINE rewarded those that bought the dip. OTC Stocks MINE Daily ChartWhat’s exciting about MINE is that it’s a play on two of the hottest sectors right now – psychedelics (magic mushrooms) and blockchain (Bitcoin).MINE just signed a joint venture with Global Trac Solutions (OTCMKTS: PSYC). The JV creates an opportunity for the companies to collaborate on the co-development and hosting of virtual conferences and forums focused on educating, informing, and showcasing the potential medicinal benefits of psilocybin mushrooms, including the psilocybin-based products MINE is developing.Additionally, the JV allows for PSYC to serve as one of the primary digital marketing partners for MINE as they move forward with their focus on bringing their products to market. In the crypto sphere, MINE's token SHRU will be a payment gateway to buy cannabis and psilocybin utilizing blockchain. The company is also developing a private-label debit card allowing Minerco's cryptocurrencies to be used at any ATM, in shops, and on online merchants. The SHRU token is presently on 7 exchanges and quickly working to integrate on additional ones. With Tesla buying $1.5 billion of Bitcoin, look for crypto plays like MINE to benefit from the never-ending Bitcoin bull run.

OTC Stocks #4 SING

SING is benefitting from the Democrats taking control of the House, Senate, and the White House. Solar plays like SING will continue to benefit from Joe Biden's policies around green energy. OTC Stocks SING Daily ChartSinglePoint, through its majority-owned subsidiary, SinglePoint Direct Solar, operating as Direct Solar of America is focused on providing renewable energy solutions to consumers and small commercial businesses and growing its national footprint, which has grown to operate in 38 states in the U.S.With its initial focus on solar energy, SING is looking at additional opportunities including energy storage, charge points for electric vehicles, and solar as a subscription.

"2021 is poised to be a transformational year for SinglePoint. Our team continues to build momentum and execute on the strategic objectives set out in front of us, including but not limited to, uplisting to a national exchange, establishing a leadership position in the renewable energy sector, and driving shareholder value and long-term growth. As we continue to move forward, we are fully committed to raising awareness of SinglePoint in the investment community and executing a fundamental, strategic investor relations program. We are grateful for the continued support of our shareholders and remain excited about the future of SinglePoint," commented Wil Ralston, President of SinglePoint.

Last month, SING settled the remaining balance of the Convertible Secured Note Agreements with Iliad Trading Company and UAHC Ventures, which eliminated all external debt conversions. The elimination of the remaining balance removes future conversions under the Note and removes all derivative (toxic) debt from the Company's Balance Sheet.Any time an OTC stock cleans up its balance sheet, it's good news.

BOTTOM LINE

These 4 penny stocks are on the run right now. There are always opportunities in the markets and it’s our job to find winning stocks. Huge gains can be made in such a short amount of time. Our best advice is to be patient and throw bids in below the market. Buying dips and selling rips as swing trades remains the best strategy in these markets.Remember, all it takes is one or two to become a BRLL, CBDL, MINE, or SING and you’ve crushed the market indices for the year. Whoever said to avoid penny stocks has no clue what they’re doing. As always, good luck to all (except the shorts)!
