JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) reported Q3 operating revenue of $1.52 billion, up from $1.44 billion last year and just shy of the Street consensus of $1.54 billion on Capital IQ. Earnings were $0.24 per share, up from $0.21 per share last year and two cents below the Street view. JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) reported that revenue passenger miles for Q3 increased 5.9% to 10.1 billion on a capacity increase of 4.5%, resulting in a third quarter load factor of 86.2%, an increase of 1.2 points year over year.For Q4, CASM (operating expense per available seat mile) is expected to decrease between (3.0)% and (1.0)% versus the year-ago period. Excluding fuel and profit sharing, CASM in the fourth quarter is expected to increase between 1.0% and 3.0% year over year. CASM for the full year is expected to increase between 0.5% and 2.5% over full year 2013. Excluding fuel and profit sharing, CASM in 2014 is expected to increase between 2.5% and 4.5% year over year. Capacity is expected to increase between 5.0% and 7.0% in the fourth quarter. For the full year, capacity is expected to increase between 4.0% and 6.0%.Under Armour Inc (NYSE:UA) reported Q3 earnings and revenue that beat the analyst consensus while it's 2014 revenue guidance was in line. Net income increased 22% in Q3 2014 to $89 million compared with $73 million in the prior year's period. Diluted earnings per share for Q3 2014 were $0.41 compared with $0.34 per share in the prior year's period. The Street expected $0.40 per share in earnings, according to Capital IQ estimates.Under Armour reported net revenues increased 30% in Q3 2014 to $938 million compared with net revenues of $723 million in the prior year's period. Analysts expected $925 million. For 2014, Under Armour Inc (NYSE:UA) had previously anticipated 2014 net revenues in the range of $2.98 billion to $3.0 billion, representing growth of 28% to 29% over 2013, and 2014 operating income in the range of $343 million to $345 million, representing growth of 29% to 30% over 2013. Based on current visibility, the company said it expects 2014 net revenues of approximately $3.03 billion, representing growth of 30% over 2013, and 2014 operating income of approximately $348 million, representing growth of 31% over 2013. Indeed, the Street expects $3.02 billion in 2014 revenue. UA trades in a 52-week range of $38.01 to $73.42.Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALXN) reported better-than-expected financial results for Q3 ended Sept. 30, 2014 and raised its guidance for fiscal 2014. The biopharmaceutical company posted Q3 GAAP net income of $177.7 million, or $0.88 per share, compared with the prior-year period's $93.8 million, or $0.47 per share. Non-GAAP net income was $258.3 million, or $1.27 per share, versus $167.9 million, or $0.83 per share in the same quarter the previous year. Revenue was $555.15 million, up from $400.4 million in the same quarter last year.Analysts polled by Capital IQ were expecting EPS of $1.16 on revenues of $544.25 million. Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALXN) now expects fiscal 2014 revenue of $2.220 billion - $2.225 billion, up from the prior guidance of $2.18 billion - $2.20 billion. The Street view is for $2.2 billion. It also raised its EPS guidance to $5.15 - $5.20 from the previous range of $4.95 - $5.05 EPS. Analysts are looking for $5.02 EPS.
