DSG Global: An EV Play With Huge Upside

Right now, the hottest sector for investors to be in is the electric vehicle (EV) space. DSG Global Imperium Motors Subsidiary

Imperium Motor Company is a new EV brand that offers a wide variety of affordable vehicles equipped for the North American market with an emphasis on great design, a green mindset, performance, and functionality. Vehicles will include High Speed, Mid Speed, and Low-Speed electric vehicles including Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Vans, Buses, and Scooters.

Imperium Motors has the exclusive distribution rights for Jonway vehicles in North America and Mexico. Jonway Automotive has recently completed the purchase of a new assembly plant located in the city of Xuzhou, China.

The facility will produce new vehicles for Imperium Motor Company in the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Along with other production vehicles, two newly designed models will also be built in the new Jonway plant. One of these will be a new Low-Speed SUV Style Vehicle model and the other an affordable High-Speed vehicle.

The new facility sits on over 3.2 million square feet of property with a new production plant already built. This will be expanded to over 635,000 square feet when finished. By comparison, the Dodge Conner Avenue Assembly plant in Detroit is approximately 400,000 square feet.

Jonway is a leading supplier of affordable Electric Vehicles in Asia and Europe and soon in North America via their exclusive distribution partner Imperium Motor, a division of DSG Global. Along with assembling new vehicles, the facility will also be able to provide Semi Knock Down Kits that can be finally assembled in their prospective markets. This will be Jonway’s third manufacturing plant.

DSG Global ELECTRIC VEHICLE EXPERIENCE CENTER

Imperium Motor Company has its new Electric Vehicle “Experience Center.” The Center has been moved approximately 12 miles south from Vacaville to its new location on Central Way in the popular Cordelia Junction in Fairfield, CA. This move will offer a better location for distributors and customers alike.In order to handle the strong current and future demand of the Jonway line of Electric Vehicles, Imperium Motors upgraded to a much newer facility that is nearly 70% larger. The new electric vehicles will offer a more attractive cost alternative to what now exists in the US, with emphasis on great design, performance, and functionality. The Center will still be located between two of the largest EV markets in California which account for over 50 % of all EV sales in the United States.

Why Wait For Fisker?

Don't expect to get your hands on a Fisker Ocean SUV until 2022 at the earliest. Imperium Motors says that the vehicles will be at the Experience Centre in October and be ready for delivery to end customers very soon, upon completion of certification.The first of many high-speed versions coming to Imperium is the new ET5 SUV electric vehicle compliments the T-shaped cockpit using a wrap-around design, with a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel. The digital dashboard fits on a 12.3-inch full LCD display with an additional monitor with a diagonal of 12.8-inch, allowing you to watch TV shows. The cruising range calculated as part of the NEDC European driving cycle reaches 500 km.ET5 will be equipped with a HEPA air conditioning filter system, which can filter 99.99% of PM2. 5 particles larger than 0.3μm and achieve a filtering effect comparable to N95. Combined with a series of high-temperature cycle sterilization and negative ion generators to ensure the safety of air in the car, it can effectively eliminate bacteria in the car, establishing a healthy SUV for buyers, and creating a safe and comfortable mobile space.The ET5 is the first vehicle to be marketed by Imperium as part of its strategic partnership with Skywell New Energy Automobile Group Co., Ltd. Imperium has an exclusive agreement with Skywell to market their electric vehicles to the North American Region.

Electric Pickup Truck

DSG Global and Imperium also have the electric pickup truck covered. The Ford F-150 is the number 1 selling vehicle in the U.S. and every auto company wants a piece of this market. Lordstown is chasing this segment with its Endurance pickup truck. Nikola has its Badger. Tesla has its Cybertruck, and DSG Global and Jonway have the all-new, mid-size Electric Pickup Terra-E truck.This truck is similar in size to the popular Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, and Chevrolet Colorado trucks. The Terra-E truck is built on a modern and proven chassis with an excellent E-NCAP 4-star benchmark design. The plan is for the final assembly of the trucks to be in the United States.

The new Jonway Terra-E Truck model will be available with various drivetrain options for domestic and export markets. The Terra-E believes it offers best-in-class off-road capabilities and unrivaled toughness thanks to a strengthened chassis that is purportedly stronger than all its rivals, all with 17-inch tires.

Standard features include a multifunction steering wheel, leather seats, climate control, and a 9-inch central infotainment display. Other modern conveniences like a 360º reverse camera, cruise control, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, keyless start, and heated seats are also standard.

The Terra-E has many safety features including an Anti-Lock Braking System with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, Hill Start Assist, and Emergency Brake Assist. A tire pressure monitoring system, four airbags, and an electronic parking brake will also be included.

Terra-E expected range for the base model is well over two hundred miles. Higher range models will also be offered, and all will be competitively priced.

SPAC Potential

DSG Global is considering a spinoff/partial sale of its subsidiary Imperium Motor Company to other publicly traded companies and SPAC’s. This would greatly benefit DSGT shareholders and unlock shareholder value.The reason?DSG Global has a current market cap of just $12.5 million. This is why shares of DSG Global have huge upside when you consider its target market in the state of California alone is worth billions of dollars.

No More Dilution

On September 22nd, DSGT repaid and satisfied existing convertible notes that had become due and convertible into common stock at a significant discount to the market. As a result of the full payment of the Notes, the Notes are no longer a debt obligation of the Company and, as such, are no longer convertible into shares of the Company’s common stock.

DSG Global Bottom Line
