It seems that with every major election, more and more states and local governments are voting in laws to legalize cannabis for either recreation, and/or medicinal use. On election day last November, a total of nine states had cannabis laws on the ballot. Eight of which passed overwhelmingly. There are now a total of 28 states, and Washington D.C. that have laws that decriminalize to use of cannabis to one degree or another. When consumers click on the banner ads, they will be taken to a custom landing page for the advertiser with specific call to action buttons in the banner ad.

Plans to expand this new type of marketing program throughout the United States will immediately follow.Other aggressive marketing activities that Rocky Mountain High Brands has engaged in since the start of 2017 involve attending and displaying a strong presence at all pertinent conventions including the meeting of the Pacific Northwest 7-Eleven Franchise Owner’s Association, the Franchise Owners Association Show for Greater Los Angeles and San Diego, and the 2017 Seattle CannaCon Convention - The World's Largest Cannabis Convention. Activities of these sorts have exposed Rocky Mountain High Brands’ products to hundreds of vendors, franchise owners, and thousands of convention attendees.The company has also assumed the role of fulfilling orders for all of its hemp-infused beverages that are now available on Amazon.com. All orders will be filled in-house by Rocky Mountain High Brands personnel in order to ensure a high level of customer service. This will also allow the company to expand the product line to include variety packs of their hemp-infused beverages, hemp-infused energy shots and high-alkaline spring water.In its most recent press release, Rocky Mountain High Brands announced that it has been issued its Eagle Spirit trademark by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This is an important milestone for the Eagle Spirit Spring Water product. The company can now move forward with its comprehensive marketing plan for the product.

Rocky Mountain High Brands’ stock price started 2017 with a price surge from $.03 on December 22, 2015 to $.16 on January 24, 2017. This price surge broke through a long standing resistance level at approximately $.07. It has since then retraced and stabilized to about $.12. Current market capitalization stands at $68.6 million, on 644.14 million shares outstanding.2017 has the potential to be a breakout year for Rocky Mountain High Brands. The one thing that is for sure is that legal cannabis (in most states), and its societal trend of acceptance, is here to stay.
