Shares of Rocky Mountain High Brands Inc (OTCMKTS:RMHB) have been on a steady uptrend ever since March kicked off. We told investors back in January that RMHB was one name that could go totally crazy this year. We're right on the money and think this bull run is just getting started as RMHB looks to have turned the corner. The company has added new staff, new board members, and looks ready to tackle its next phase of growth.RMHB currently offers five hemp-based beverages that are 100% legal and available on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and at hundreds of retail locations across 20 states. The beverages are made from Hemp which is one one of the oldest and yet seemingly most misunderstood super foods on the planet and it contains all nine essential amino acids that our bodies cannot produce. What we like is that RMHB has gotten aggressive with its marketing. This is what the company needs to do to move its hemp-based beverages and get ahead of its competition. This month, RMHB is sponsoring the stage at the San Jac Saloon as a part of the RedGorilla Music Festival which coincides with the SXSW Music and Film Festival that will be running concurrently in Austin from March 11th-29th, 2016. This is quite an event and Rocky Mountain High Beverages will be featured at the San Jac Saloon in an array of drink offerings during this event week. The San Jac Saloon is located in the heart of Austin's entertainment district.Earlier this month, RMHB was at the Southeast Petro-Food Marketing Exposition in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina on March 2 and 3, 2016. This is the company's targeted market - convenience stores. Approximately 1,550 buyers attended last year from throughout the southeast United States.Last month, RMHB attended the ASD Market Week Show in Las Vegas from February 28th thru March 2, 2016. Over 45,000 people attend ASD Market Week. Of those, 98% of the attendees have major purchasing power and the Rocky Mountain High Brands were showcased in Booth SL4404. Founder Jerry Grisaffi said after the event:

"The ASD show in Las Vegas has been a huge success with many new retail accounts that are coming aboard. We have also signed several new significant regional distribution deals which will be announced after they receive their initial stocking orders."

We expect the company to be announcing some major distribution deals within the next few weeks. This will boost sales and profits, which explains the recent price action. Shorts are obviously scrambling knowing that deals are coming down the pipeline.RMHB has also added two new board members. Charles ‘Chuck’ Smith is a real estate investor and has been an active participant in real estate investment properties for almost 35 years. Winton 'Win' Morrison is the owner of WIN MORRISON REALTY (WMR), which is one of the largest sellers of Commercial and Residential properties in the Hudson Valley. Both of these board members bring added credibility and experience to RMHB.Investors are also pleased to see Tom Shuman out the door as CEO. Michael Welch is now acting CEO and a search is on for a new CEO. Fresh blood will really help RMHB and energize sales and employee morale. The goal is to build a leading beverage company and we feel that Shuman was not quite up to the task, so we welcome this change. The next step for RMHB is a line of Hemp healthy infused flavored waters derived from the “Healing Spring Waters” located in the Slick Hills at the base of the Wichita Mountains. The healthy Hemp infused flavored water products should be introduced to the market in the first half of 2016, along with Natural Healing Spring Waters. This deal with the Comanche family of Oklahoma was completed in November. The next production run will be scheduled for some time in February and will feature the new 16 ounce Hemp leaf can. The new larger cans will create greater consumer value and will allow RMHB to compete with Monster Energy and Red Bull for a larger portion of the energy drink market. Later in 2016, RMHB hopes to produce Hemp-infused protein, energy and chia crisp bars as well as Hemp energy shots. Lastly, RMHB is working on a line-up of four (4) new CBD-infused beverages. These should go on sale in the second quarter of this year.We think the worst is behind RMHB and that the low is in on the stock. The company is making progress and taking steps to correct past mistakes. We like what we're seeing from the company. The good news is that RMHB makes a product that customers like. Rocky Mountain High Hemp Lemonade is selling really well and the product was rated as the number one new release in the product category by Amazon.
