Rocky Mountain High Brands Inc (OTCMKTS:RMHB) is one name that has attracted a large mix of fans and haters. Read the iHub message board and you'll find no shortage of posters touting the company as well as bashers of the company, especially haters of founder Jerry Grisafi. In looking at chart, the bulls are winning as the stock has been climbing higher over the past few months and every selloff has been met with buying. With RMHB, it looks like Mr Market is telling investors to buy the dips and not sell the rips.RMHB currently markets a lineup of four naturally flavored hemp-infused beverages (Citrus Energy, Black Tea, Mango Energy and Lemonade) and a low calorie hemp-infused Coconut Lime Energy drink. In the near future, the company will introduce hemp-infused food products that include a protein bar, an energy bar, and a chia crisp bar. Rocky Mountain High Brands plans to offer hemp-infused 2oz. energy shots and 2.5oz. coffee shots to its product line. The latest news from the company is that it is in development of a water-soluble certified organic CBD drink that is expected to be produced and become available by late summer 2016. RMHB is working closely with Ojai Energetics to develop a holistically formulated blend designed for optimal health benefits. As the company said in its press release, "For the past year, Rocky Mountain High Brands has been developing a water-based Cannabinoid (CBD) drink for health that features the same pleasing flavor qualities that have become the trademark of its brand. The initial products to be produced will be fruit flavored and will be packaged in an attractive 8.4 oz. bottle. CBD provides an energy boost with improved cognition along with a very calm focus, working hand in hand with caffeine, ginseng and guarana for a more effective and enjoyable energy boost then anything available on the market. Ojai Energetics IP protected water soluble technology enables the user to feel the benefits typically in five minutes versus thirty of a normal CBD oil. It also makes the CBD approximately ten times more bioavailable than regular CBD."Founder Jerry Grisafi also said that “Our 16 oz. cans are in production today and these products will be available to ship next week. We also have received first comments from the SEC concerning our Form 10 and will be sending answers next week and are excited that this process is moving quickly.”In April, RMHB announced that it had ordered two production runs in May totaling over a million cans. The first production run of 660,000 cans was to be the original 12-ounce leaf design. The majority of this order has already been pre-sold and the company expects to sell out this inventory quickly. The new 16-ounce cans have been specifically designed for acceptance into retail and big box store locations. They feature a bold new design that will create higher visibility on store shelves. In conjunction with the new can design, a restyled consumer friendly beverage cooler illuminating RMHB’s new graphics will be available at retail outlets. One item that freaked investors out last month was a civil lawsuit alleging fraud and seeking damages in excess of $3 million. RMHB issued a stern denial of the accusations and said that it is the wronged party in the situation. While we don't know enough about the situation to comment, we know that lawsuits are usually he said/she said situations and it will be up to the courts decide, unless there is a settlement in the case. While the news initially sent shares crashing, they have recovered and are now close to breaking out to the upside.Currently trading with a market cap of $14 million, RMHB is an exciting story on the OTC markets. While it has believers and non-believers, it looks like the believers are winning at the present moment. If the company's 12-ounce and 16-ounce cans sell as expected, it won't matter as the numbers will speak for themselves. We will be updating Insider Financial as soon as we know more.
