WORLDFLIX INC COM USD0.001 (POST REV SPLT (OTCMKTS:WRFX) has seen a big increase in its average daily trading volume recently. For what reasons? The company has been releasing large amount of announcements noting many new developments and achievements. This includes new inventions such as the Post-quantum resistant ratcheting cryptographic protocol and patents such as the encryption protocol Parano. Additionally, the recent modification of the share structure seemed to be appreciated by the market. Have a look at the recent volume, before we provide you all the details.
WRFX is involved in identifying, developing, producing, and distributing feature films, and television projects. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Palm Springs, California. It is an emerging holding company that targets and acquires undervalued, niche companies with high growth potential, income-producing commercial real estate properties, and high return investments.
Currently, the company is in the middle of developing an App, called APP farm, which remains as its ultimate goal for the current and the next financial year. The company believes that with the help of its celebrity relationships and entertainment contacts via its subsidiary company WEM – WorldFlix Entertainment Management, it can create and promote apps for a wider, more successful reach.
The company also has apps such as Drobbits, a browser based game creator that requires no coding skills; Swantry, an app that keeps the kids in check; and Paranotek, an international startup by Finnish technology and design experts working together with US partners to develop solutions for data storage, data sharing, instant messaging, and various software suites that ensure quality when it comes to data protection and data encryption.
On July 25, 2017, Paranotek, LLC, a joint venture between invention and Worldflix, announced that it invented Post-quantum resistant ratcheting cryptographic protocol for exchanging data securely between electronic devices. Inventor assigned Paranotek a 50% interest in the Subject Invention and 100% of the Patent Rights.
Another interesting announcement was made on July 6, 2017: the filing patent of the encryption protocol Parano for the company’s subsidiary, Paranotek’s. Parano is a protocol designed to withstand the most sophisticated security hacks, including threats that exist today. Additionally, it was noted that Paranotek also protects its users’ privacy through exclusion of personal data sign-up policies. Facebook or Google are not used to register new users.
Finally, we were glad to hear that the same features were being incorporated into the Paranotek’s business enterprise data security and cybersecurity software to be used by other clients of Worldflix. WorldFlix CEO, Brad Listermann, was quoted:
“The future of cyber security and software will be privacy and data protection and more and more people fight to keep their information safe. We believe Paranotek is on the forefront of this exploding market potential.” Source
On Aug 28, 2017, WorldFlix, Inc. published the quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2017. There is something that we appreciated much in this report. The company informed that WRFX intends to amend the Articles of Incorporation and other Corporate Bylaws to create various series of Anti-Dilutive Convertible Preferred Shares in order to protect its majority stakeholders. These securities will soon become available to the common shareholders. Brad Listermann, CEO of WorldFlix, Inc., said:
“This new plan is absolutely necessary to attract large investments into WRFX. If we commit ourselves to remove affiliate & non-affiliate debt, and build net stockholders equity on the balance sheet, this is the process that we are committed to forging ahead with.” Source
For those who appreciate getting to know the share structure, we are noting it here:as of August 1, 2017, the total authorized common shares of the company is 2,250,000,000, whereas the total shares outstanding is 220,513,729.
Currently trading with a market cap of approximately $0.17 million, WRFX is making some big moves that we think could capture the attention of other software companies. The filing of patents for the encryption protocol Parano and the Post-quantum resistant ratcheting cryptographic protocol have certainly increased the value of WRFX, which we believe the market has not fully priced in. Additionally, we appreciate the most recent announcement regarding the new securities issued to protect shareholders against dilution. The company is trying to reduce dilution risk, which is always a positive. To sum up, WRFX is certainly one small play that investor’s need to have on their radar.
