The past few days have been hard on many traders. Most are looking at a sea of red in their portfolios. This happens when you invest. Markets go up. Markets go down. But there are still some bright spots on the OTC Markets. 4 top OTC stocks today are Capstone Companies (OTCMKTS: CAPC), Digital Locations (OTCMKTS: DLOC), VNUE Inc (OTCMKTS: VNUE), and Worksport Ltd (OTCMKTS: WKSP).

First, it’s important to understand the 3 most important rules of investing.

  1. Buy low.
  2. Sell high.
  3. Don’t be afraid to take profits.

It has been an incredible run for OTC stock investors so far in 2021. We all have made a tremendous amount of money. Investors should have been periodically selling and booking gains.

If an investor has not been selling along the way, they got greedy. Plain and simple.

With social media, it’s easier now than ever to determine market sentiment. The bullish sentiment just got too extreme. Valuations got too far out of whack. For those that say valuation doesn’t matter, it does.

There are two choices for investors right now because selling is not an option.

One, investors can do their homework and look for OTC stocks that haven’t run yet. This is what we do at Insider Financial. We scan through hundreds of OTC stocks each week looking for the best alerts for our subscribers.

We preach the key to trading OTC stocks is finding momentum BEFORE it happens and then be patient. Now, when we say that we find momentum BEFORE it happens, we are investors looking to position our subscribers BEFORE the move happens.

We got our subscribers in early on TSNPD, which you can read our first article here, and ALPP, which you can read about here. This is where the big money is made and why so many of our subscribers are sitting on gains of over 8113% in ALPP and over 17,400% in TSNPD.

It’s also best to own a portfolio of quality OTC stocks. For some that can be as many as 10 to 20 or more OTC stocks.

We always alert our subscribers first before we publish for our regular readers. This is the value of having a subscription to Insider Financial, which you can sign up for here. We alert our subscribers with our best ideas before our regular readers.

The second move for OTC stock investors is to look for top OTC stocks today that are still showing relative strength. We are talking about OTC stocks that are holding up well despite the sell-off in the OTC Markets.

Furthermore, these stocks are not correlated with the rest of the OTC Markets.

What do we mean by this?

Investors right now are chasing many of the same names. You talk to any OTC trader and most will tell you they are in TSNPD, ENZC, ALPP, ABML, AABBHCMC, etc.

This is why it’s so important to always be looking for new ideas and be diversified. A concentrated portfolio of too few names can be very. very painful in the short run and quite distressing for a new OTC investor.

We try to help as much as we can, but in the end, it’s all up to you. You are running your own trading business.

Investing is not a team sport.

The purpose of what we do here at Insider Financial is not only to find winning alerts but also to teach. But we are just one resource. There are other resources as well.

For instance, if you want to day trade, we recommend the folks at True Trading Group, which you can check out their live streams here. They have a chat room as well as a ton of educational resources for their members.

The one negative about True Trading Group is that they don’t cover OTC stocks much. However, the good news is that we specialize in OTC stocks here at Insider Financial. In this article, we take a look at top OTC stocks today CAPC, DLOC, VNUE, and WKSP to find out what’s behind the move and our outlook for each.

Top OTC Stocks Today CAPC

CAPC is running as the company gets set to release two smart mirror styles for its 2021 product line-up. While the rest of the OTC Markets are selling off, CAPC is making new highs. As you can see from the chart below, this is about as perfect a chart as you will see.

Capstone Companies is an OTCQB that engages, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Capstone Industries, Inc., Capstone Lighting Technologies, LLC, and Capstone International HK, Ltd., in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of consumer products to retail channels throughout North America and certain international markets.

Stewart Wallach, Capstone’s Chairman and CEO, commented, “We are excited to be introducing a second mirror to our Connected Surfaces collection, a Wardrobe / Fitness Smart Mirror. This sleek new product operates as a full-length mirror, but also provides the same innovative features and unique experience as our initial entry into the market. Unlike single application fitness mirrors that have become popular during the pandemic, our concept is broader in that we see our mirrors as a delivery mechanism for all virtual content.”

Some bullish facts about CAPC include:

Furthermore, CAPC did $12.4 million in revenues in 2019 and $36.7 million in 2017. The company also has just $857k in total liabilities. Shareholders don’t need to worry about dilution.

CAPC is about as real as it gets, yet sports a market cap of just $91 million. CAPC certainly has more room to run.

Top OTC Stocks Today DLOC

DLOC is running after completing the acquisition of (SmallCellSite), a leading source of more than 80,000 pre-qualified wireless cell sites.

SmallCellSite has non-exclusive agreements with site owners all over the U.S. to directly offer the use of their properties to network operators, such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile Sprint to build out their wireless networks.

SmallCellSite streamlines workflows and processes in cell site selection. With its interactive photos, maps, and detailed site information for more than 80,000 contracted properties, network carriers can select the real estate assets that best fit their needs from a list of willing property owners. SmallCellSite pre-qualifies properties to remove bottlenecks in the site identification process which:

  • Speeds up implementation
  • Enables repeatable process
  • Reduces overall cost of small cell rollout

5G mobility is coming and property owners are in a great position to leverage the need for hundreds of thousands of new antenna sites – to serve their tenants and earn new revenue. SmallCellSite allows property owners to tap into a new source of revenue from digital tenants based on the location and profile of their properties, including buildings, poles, kiosks, billboards.

Bill Beifuss, the Company’s President said, “The acquisition of SmallCellSite represents a great leap forward for Digital Locations. This will allow us to participate in an ongoing flow of 5G site rental income from partnered properties rented to great tenants – the major 5G wireless carriers. True 5G coverage in the U.S. simply cannot occur without a massive buildout of at least 1,000,000 small cell sites. The acquisition of SmallCellSite gives us a leg up in the race. By partnering with property owners, we minimize the use of capital in a very capital-intensive industry. The leverage effect for Digital Locations can be enormous.”

In other words, if you’re looking for a 5G penny stock, DLOC is your best bet with a current market cap of just $10 million. We don’t think DLOC will be this cheap for much longer.

Top OTC Stocks Today VNUE

VNUE is a name that’s starting to attract a lot of attention on the OTC Markets and for many reasons.

The price action speaks for itself.

VNUE is a music technology company dedicated to monetizing the live music experience for artists, labels, writers, and publishers, with products such as its instant content distribution platform, exclusive license partner and “instant live” pioneer DiscLive, and protecting the rights of artists and writers with the company’s Soundstr music recognition technology (MRT).

In 2020, the major tour that VNUE was booked to record, Matchbox Twenty, was postponed from last July but is on the books for commencement in July of 2021.  Additionally, VNUE expects many artists and labels will be seeking additional revenue sources when they begin to tour again, looking to make up for losses they experienced in 2020.

In a recent update, VNUE reported:

The Company is also encouraged about the recent significant increase in our stock price. We believe this increase reflects the value of our Soundstr technology, our live music production and distribution technology, and positions us well to improve our liquidity in 2021.  As previously disclosed, the Company has been in meaningful discussions with several entities to improve our balance sheet and to provide additional liquidity and working capital for our business.

With a market cap of just $44 million, VNUE still has a lot more room to run.

Top OTC Stocks Today WKSP

WKSP is a classic example of if you missed the original move, wait and buy the dip.

Top OTC Stocks Today WKSP

WKSP is running again after announcing the company is in final phases of discussions with a few very-high-value strategic partners – Tier-1 and Tier-2 OEM manufacturing power houses in Canada – to expand its manufacturing into North American state-of-the-art facilities with 20,000 – 50,000 sq. ft. of operating space. These discussions involve logistics for the best & most effective ways to support the growth of Worksport.

WKSP is an attractive alternative energy play that will benefit from the Biden administration. Worksport develops and manufactures high quality, modular, attractively priced tonneau covers and solar-powered systems for light-duty trucks such as the Sierra, Silverado, Canyon, RAM, Ford F-Series, et al. and consumer adventures & emergency/ disaster-recovery purposes, where portable energy is a necessity.

The modular, redefining Worksport TerraVis tonneau cover system is being mindfully designed for the job site contractor and off-road, light-duty trucker – for work and play – to sustainably supply extra energy for those additional miles. Its allied TerraVis COR mobile energy storage system (ESS), expected to launch by end of 2021, will be another redefining product targeted for vacationers, second-home owners, and campers.

Plans are also being constructed to address the dire adoption & scaling needs of the EV markets with grid micro-charging stations to provide convenience and efficiency in recharging to smaller form-factor EVs.

WKSP is another OTC stock that can keep running as it trades with a market cap of just $46 million.

As we keep saying, there are always opportunities in the markets and it’s our job to find winning stocks. Huge gains can be made in such a short amount of time.

If you like any of these top OTC stocks today and have missed the move, our best advice in these tough times is to be patient and throw bids in below the market. Buying dips and selling rips as swing trades remains the best strategy in these markets.

It’s also important to look for penny stocks that have yet to run. There are plenty of opportunities out there and we look at hundreds of penny stocks each week trying to find the best alerts for our subscribers.

Remember, all it takes is one or two to become a winner and you’ve crushed the market indices for the year.

As always, good luck to all (except the shorts)!
